order and cancellation policy
- I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please review my policies regarding orders, cancellations, and returns:
- • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, please email lesha@ellehayesdesign.com and reference your order number.
- • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations submitted beyond 24 hours and before the order is shipped are subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
- • Shipped Orders: Any order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- • Incorrect Orders: I do not replace, exchange, or refund orders due to incorrectly ordered items (e.g. wrong design ordered, multiple quantities). Please double-check your selection before placing your order.
- • Damaged/Mistake Policy: If there is a mistake or damage to your product caused by me, or if you're not completely satisfied with the product quality, please contact me immediately so I can promptly remedy the problem.
I strive for absolute accuracy in every planner. However, please understand that I cannot be held liable for any typos, errors, omissions, or inconsistencies that may occur.
